In today's Real Estate Market it is vitally important to stay on top of new trends and technology available.

When I list a home for sale, I do more than just plant a sign in the yard and enter it into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).....you could come to expect this from the many "flat fee" or discount brokerages available in the area.  Will this alone get your home sold? It might, but possibly at the expense of many months on the active market and a possible reduced sales price which in turn will net a lot less money in your pocket.

Most of today's Home Buyers start their searches on the internet before they ever contact an agent.  My personal website syndicates your home to over 20 other websites like Trulia and Zillow, and also allows for "Handshake" listings so for every agent that I have a Handshake agreement with, your property will show up on their website as well under "listings for sale."  This gives you the maximum exposure on the web which is the most important marketing medium in today's real estate world.  Your home is also listed on the local MLS, REALTOR.com & Century21.com.

Some buyer's like to drive around the neighborhoods of the area(s) that they are interested in living.  They'll drive past your neighbors home that is also for sale and discover that the flyer box is empty and so they try to call the agent listed on the sign to get more information only to get their voicemail stating that their call is "very important to them" but to leave a detailed message and they will return the call as soon as they are available.  Frustrated, they'll continue to drive until they see your nationally recognized Gold Post Century 21 yard sign.  They wont see an empty flyer box, instead they'll see a web address and a QR Code hanging off the bottom of the For Sale sign.  They'll get out their SmartPhone and either type in the web address or scan the QR code with their QR scanner and VOILA......they are taken to webpage where they can instantly get information about your home, including price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage and PICTURES!!!!  They can call me, text me or email me directly from Your Property's Personal Website to set up a time to view your home because they LOVE what they see so far!!
